Created TEam Roster Glitch

I have 2k12 on PC through steam and I have had a serious problem with rosters. I created two teams and made 30 custom players to put on them. It worked fine for the first team. I made the other 15 players and second team later. However, after I finished filling out the roster for my second team, all of sudden my first team's roster had been completely switched. I had custom characters in there twice or more and players from the other custom team. Once again, I went back and fixed the first team's roster, but the same problem occurred with the second team's roster. Anyone else had this problem? All of my customs are in the free agents section.
