NBA 2K12 Non Gameplay stuttering HELP

I've been playing NBA 2K12 on PC. Whenever the menu is up, and I try to watch the animation, it stutters every 5 seconds, in the menu, in replays almost everywhere except game play. It gets really annoying so if anybody can help, much appreciated.

I have an Intel i7 CPU 870 @ 2.93 GHz Quad Core
8 GB RAM
and EVGA nVidia GTX 460

i get this as well, not sure why, reminds me of 2k10, had the same issue, look forward to see if their is a fix

try turning off anti aliasing.
