Fast breaks

All the reviews said you can fast break on the cpu but I still find it incredibly hard.

Anyone else?

Re: Fast breaks

What position are you playing as or what team? A lot of people have actually been complaining about too many fast breaks. Some teams coach sliders are set to crash boards which may be causing your CPU controlled players to not race back down the court.

Re: Fast breaks

I'm playing with the Nuggets but it seems like the pg (Lawson) just kind of stands there after a rebound. I'll have to play around more with sliders.

Yeah, the nuggets are the last team that you would think you have to worry about it being difficult to get a fast break from.

Re: Fast breaks

Real question is what difficultly are you playing on? If your playing on anything higher than pro, say bye bye open fastbreaks.

Allstar-HOF=cpu speed boost(You wont see clean fastbreaks like the cpu gets if you dont defend)

Rookie-Pro=Clean fastbreaks aka rewards you for playing defense.

Awesome, thanks for your help. I was playing on All-Star and just switched over to Pro and it's a fairly big difference. Now all I have to do is re-adjust my sliders to make it more competitive.
