NBA 2K14 for PC for $6
Green Man Gaming offers downloads of NBA 2K14 for Windows for $7.49. Coupon code "GMG20-ZB5D1-93X49" cuts it to $6.

Does anyone know where this installs into on your HD and then how do you install mods and such?

It installs where your steam games go (look for a folder called steamapps on your computer) and you just put the mods in that 2k14 folder in there.
