My cfg for smoother gameplay (not guaranteed to work)

I see plenty of ppl with better rig than mine struggling to run game at low-med settings while i run at med-high pretty comfortable by using same video config values that i used in nba 2k15.

My pc specs:
Intel i3-3240 , 3.4 ghz;
Radeon 7850 1gb;
8gb ram;
windows 8.1 pro OS.

Game runs even better than 2k15 did. Got slight stutter some time but overall all smooth at 60fps.

You'll have to change resolution to yours and change "windowmode" values to your liking (0 - fullscreen, 1 - windowed , 2- fullscreen windowed)

how to change config file:
window key + r -> %appdata% -> 2k sports -> nba 2k16 and you edit the "VideoSettings" file with notepad or whatever other text editor.

Of course cannot guarantee it will work for you. For me it did wonder as the game after fresh install stuttered quite a bit even with settings toned down at in game video settings.
