substitution problem

I just started a dynasty with Boston College. I simmed the first season to get to the current real life season.

My first game, I put in a few backups at a time, as I got a decent lead. No problem. Eventually, all five spots were backups.

I tried to insert the starters back in, and it's SHOWING on the quick sub screen (up on the d-pad) the starters names, but the backups are physically on the court. I've used two timeouts, and on the second one, I went into the subs menu in the timeout and they showed there, but they aren't on the court...

the sustitutions are broken.
Ive never had your issue though.
also did you notice that you cant run out of bounds. This game was decent up until this point.
If it werent for the great presentation, and look. I probably wouldnt be playing this game as much as I do.
what was EA thinking. those are minor issues.
the substitions, out of bounds.
the recruiting/legacy IMO is decent, not too complex.
