Sorry that was me but I changed my mind about changing my mind haha. I'd have 3 PAC 12 teams out of 4 offline dynasties and I just don't want to go that route.

Not 100% sure about this yet. But if we do allow coaching changes it won't be for a couple season, either after 4 years or when you build up your school.
