Ball State vs UNLV
Ball State traveled to UNLV where the crowd was thin in Las Vegas. The speed from the Rebel defensive backs’ surprised the Cardinals running game and adjustments had to be made at halftime.
QB - D. Plitt showed poise in the pocket and made the right decisions in the read option. He was responsible for 3 TDs and led Ball State to their second victory of the season.
Tulane vs ULM
This game was a defensive battle til the end. ULM had multiple chances to win this game but couldn’t seem to overcome Tulane’s staunch defense.
As ULM marched down the field on their final possession. An interception was thrown to seal the deal for Tulane.
