NCAA Football 14: 2023-2024 Roster Update

I downloaded the PS3.zip file from the main post page. I uploaded this to my PS3 offline and I don't see Matt Kingsbury on Minnesota for MLB. I did check the rutgers tackle and he is there. Any ideas whats going on?

one thing I dont get is why you guys didnt take the time to lower other ratings on players that were completely irrelevant to their position and was obvious another character you just switched over to be someone else. Many Dlineman have OLinemen blocking stats and are high up in the depth charts on offense its annoying to my perfectionist eyes
