I still have my backup Named03

Did you use the gagon file, or did you find a way to convert a ps3 file to xbox, or what happened?

I assume I must continue this process and use the Zip feature from FileZilla.

I was able to find this website:
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps2/56...003/faqs/32300

This helps me get most of the names. It does not appear to have the Independent "conference," as they do not have the likes of Notre Dame and Utah State and I am sure other Independent schools, but I can and am figuring them out.

However, it does not contain files that externally referenced by the scene, such as XRefs and bitmap images.
Oh, I thought you mentioned earlier you could convert max files to whatever you needed. I have a psu file in there too, but I've never converted anything from ps2 to xbox. Sorry I couldn't help.

Al, you are always a great help and a great person. I love and respect the work you do for the retro community, and you are among the main inspirations why I am and have been doing any of this. My channel has grown to over 2k subs and it was crushing when the hard drive on my xbox crashed. I was too absentminded to backup my important saves regularly.

It was octobump who said they could convert files. I was just hoping there might have been a chance you had the xbox data.

Just wanted to let you all know that I am and have been updating the first post. I will probably make a new thread when this is done, as it went off course quickly.

Re: NCAA Football 2003 Xbox Rosters

Update: I have finished. The first post has been edited with the zip file uploaded.

My next project is to create the most important players based on NCAA 2004-2006 information. Players like true freshman Larry Fitzgerald, who is a 99ovr Sophomore in 2004 to Aaron Rodgers, who was technically the QB of a junior college, but we all know would go to Cal for his junior and senior years and I would like to have in the game for Dynasty mode. there are many players. Mercedes Lewis of UCLA isn't in the game and neither is Greg Jennings and so forth.

After that, I want to improve the important underrated players so that, in dynasty mode, they roughly progress to who they become in NCAA 2004. For example, Jason Babin is something like a 58ovr DT for Western Michigan, but becomes something like a 91ovr in NCAA 2004. there is no way, even with 40 sacks, that he would ever progress that much without a human hand in adjusting his 2003 rating. Similarly, Devin Hester and Wes Welker need athletic help, as Hester I think only has like 88 speed and on and on and on.

As I advance my progress, I will be sharing those files as well.

Man I'd love this roster for either 07, 09 or 10 on PSP to play with the 2002 Buckeyes. Wish I knew how to convert a PS2 file for it
