Where can I buy a Xport/Maxdrive/or Sharkport?
Does anywhere still sell any of these? my x port usb cord is broke. If someone wants to let me have there usb cord for the xport, I will be really happy!!! lol

Sorry this could be the wrong forum, but i need a quick response

Its just a plain ol' A-male to B-male USB cable. You can buy them at plenty of websites or electronics stores.

Now if you break that little X-port device that goes between the cables, that's when you're screwed!

about how much would those cost, and how do i know if if i broke the x port device that goes in the middle?

You might as well just buy a Max Drive, it ain't going to cost much more than a USB cable and then you won't have to hassle with taking your PS2 to your PC all the time.

I don't know exactly. It's probably extremely overpriced at CompUSA or BestBuy ($10-$15?). I'd bet you can find somebody selling them for $5-$10 including shipping if you look around the net. Can probably find them on eBay or go to Yahoo shopping and do a search. Even doing a google search should turn up tons of vendors.

Fry's used to occasionally put their 6 ft USB cables on sale for $1.99, which is a great deal. I don't know if they ever do that anymore.

Can't help you here, since mine hasn't broken yet. I'd just get a replacement cable and try it out. If that doesn't fix the problem, then its probably the X-port device.

ok i went to Best Buy and got my copy of NCAA =) but the usb cord i needed were 24.99!!! so screw that, I cannot find a max drive anywhere, every site I look @ for maxdrive is for the UK!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!
