Transfer Kit Issues

I have successfully loaded DT's Rosters and somehow loaded FK's first version of his rosters. I have been trying since last Saturday to load his updated rosters adn every time, i get a message in the game file load screen "roster file is damaged." Now, i get the same message when i try to reimport FK's original rosters from my mem card to the HDD. But i can still transport DT's rosters fine. What is up with this? I've read about every thread on how to transfer rosters using the Datel program. Should i try doing this in Xplorer 360?

I'm getting the re-insert card message... Can you please walk me thru the set up steps or post in the thread under this topic I just started. It will benefit many members here.

uninstall the drivers for the xchange
unistall the xchange program
and then reinstall the disc
and reinstall the drivers...

i had issues for a few days then i uninstalled/reinstalled and it works fine
