I'm about to buy a 360 for future NBA and NHL games, but I really like this years NCAA Football and Madden on XBox and would like to keep playing the XBox versions on the 360. Is there any way to get XBox save files (rosters) onto the 360? Thanks for the help.

Yeah, but no NCAA Football games are going to be BWC... ever.
