Transfer Kit on Vista

Anybody get the xchange360 or xplorer360 software with the Datel Data Transfer Kit to work on Windows Vista?

I tried the exchange software but the UI is all screwed up. I then tried to use the xplorer360 software but I keep getting the "Could not find FATX device" error.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Exchange works like a charm, I haven't tried Xplorer

I haven't tried to convert any files yet, but I downloaded the software from the other thread and it seems to have worked fine.

It may be your version or something. I am using vista and it is working fine for me. Let me know if you need me to upload the files to you. I'll be happy to do so.

There are some things you have to do before Xplorer will work on Vista. I followed this guide and mine works like a charm now:

I tried this link and it is dead. I have an account setup there. I've been looking all over for this guide. Can you cut and paste it to me in a PM?

I have vista on my Home Theatre PC and apparently the XChange360 software can't handle the Hi-Def resolution. The UI is all shifted out of the form and is impossible to use.

I'm hoping I can get xplorer360 to work instead. Thanks for the help guys.
