Check this out...the xchange screen is all distorted...I have re-installed it a few times and still nothing...anyone have any clues? I have messged with the screen size a few times too

I have that issue too, not sure how to correct it but you can still use the application. It will still highlight and you can click transfer to Mem and it will still do it even though it shows no progress. It also won't let you close the window by clicking x, you have to right click on the tab and close it manually after waiting 30 seconds for it to load. Pain in the $%^ but at least it still works.

I have the exact same problem. I thought mine was related to the resolution on my HDTV. My PC is connected to my HDTV and it's at a very high resolution.

Can you change your screen resolution and does it help?

Ok dude do not fret I got you covered on this on. your font size is to big. Go into your properties and reduce your font size. I promise it will work.

My font size is at normal...i cant get any smaller?

I cant see anything to know what the heck I have to do...lol -- this sucks

1. Go to start menu and click settings
2. click on control panel
3. click on display
4. click on settings tab
5. click on advanced at bottom of screen
6. under display change to the smallest font that you have
7. restart computer should be fixed.
