im guessing you have a xbox 360, as far as i know there is only 3 ways to transfer files from PC to xbox. the transfer kit+memory card, the Xsata/Xport that will connect the 360 hard drive to your PC without voiding any warranty you may have for the HD, and at last, you could take apart the xbox 360 hard drive(not recommended, as it will void any warranty that you may have with the HD) and then connect to your PC with a Sata cable.
there is not a way to transfer rosters through xbox live for NCAA.
