When you create incoming freshmen how do you rate them? About what ranking would give a player depending on their star that their recruit was? Do you use a chart to determine speed and other ratings? I want to update the Utah Utes

I use Rivals and Scout.com. I take an average between the 2. I use Scout to read about the players strengths and weaknesses. As far as speed goes I use a scale like this..

4.2 = 98 - 99
4.3 = 94 - 97
4.4 = 93 - 90
4.5 = 89 - 86
4.6 = 85 - 82
4.7 = 81 - 79 and so on.

I haven't updated the ratings for any original players or changed the depth chart yet. I would say a bump to Awareness should be the major change though.

When you are replacing Myron Rolle and Verdell on FSU, Chris Thompson and Willie Hausted might be two recruits to consider. They were both 4 star guys.
