Because the makers of the rosters have stated they do not want a bunch of incomplete rosters floating around. There is not much else you need to know.

You want a teaser? Name the teams you want to tease you yourself and tickle your fancy until the completed ones are up in the Locker.

That is about all I can suggest for you.

Since they are dedicating their time to making these rosters, more you or I are willing to do, they can do whatever they want.

The teaser is on the game. Look at the teams yourself most people should know the players on their team anyways and allot of big name players. Nothing is going to be different except some names and numbers so its not like its going to be completely different rosters you are being "teased" with.
