Noob question .. setting a roster as default?

So now the fully named roster is out, I DL'd it, have it locally on my PS3 and all is good until the updated roster comes out (and thanks for the amazing work on it). I load it, and play with it no problems. However, whenever I exit the game/turn off the machine and start the game up again I have to reload it. Is there any way to set the default roster so I don't have to load it every time I play? I've tried loading the roster then saving my profile, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. It seems like it should be easy to set the named roster as the roster to always use, I just can't seem to figure out how. Thanks in advance!

for some reason, the game loads the first roster set you save, what i did was delete the old roster set and it defaults to the new one since that is the only one i have saved, hope this helps
