Oregon receiver Tyrece Gaines, a junior JC transfer, and redshirt freshman receiver Diante Jackson have been declared academically ineligible for 2010, according to the school's official Twitter account, which was confirmed by a school spokesperson.

Neither is expected to remain with the program.

Houston RB Charles Sims has been declared ineligible for 2010 over academics, essentially snapping up 1,400 yards of total offense (700 rushing, 700 receiving), just like that.

Florida Gator 4 star incoming freshman Travon Van has transferred to Marshall. He was going to play CB at UF but will probably play RB at Marshall.
