I think Bray starts this year only if Matt Simms stinks it up. I think Simms will be fine though. Normally I don't adjust player ratings until at least the mid point of a season but every article I have ever read on Bray says that he has a cannon or an arm but just needs to add weight so I put his arm strength up to a 93. I think I'm gonna take it back down to 87 cause his arm strength will most likely go up thru dynasty mode anyway.
