To have 120 slots for the teams? I mean what if you could just choose to edit one roster and then upload it to the locker.

Rosters would be perfect in a couple days

Is it just a disk space issue? Is there any feasible way to have users upload a single team and split up the roster to be 120 files into 1?

I mean you could have one person edit their own team to be PERFECT! I can dream!

Brainstorming:

What if...

There was a central roster uploaded online via an offline user (let's use me as an example). Ok, so NDAlum uploads a roster to the EA server.

Now you can upload single team files to that roster, which then converts the entire roster to a single file to be downloaded.

The file is password protected and can only be edited with the password. i.e. when uploaded a roster to the locker space you need to provide the password.

Then anyone can go in and download the roster out of your locker.

This would improve roster editing by ~1,000,000% lol

OR

Just give us a web-based application for editing rosters. It's already set up via teambuilder. But let us access all 120 schools with the file and allow multiple users to manipulate the system, preferably at the same time.

This is not possible at all with the current setup of the Roster Share feature. It's set up for gamertags and all you can do is upload/download rosters from a gamertag.

Unfortunately something as advanced as what you'd like would never be possible since EA doesn't ever game features once a game is released.
