Hey guys, I have some pictures from Rivals from Nebraska's practices so I can get some equipment edits done if nobody is working right now.

Since its slow, I'm going to work on Texas a bit more. When I made my notes for edits I had thought that the weight edit would only allow for 5lb adjustments. I'm going to make them all exactly right now. I'm also going to have team builder pulled up so i can make sure they all have the best faces to. i love being able to help get them perfect for everyone else now. I've always dome this for my rosters and now i can share it. I might make a few equipment edits also. I'll check back here off and on to see if anyone else needs the file set, since I'm going to be a while. Are any of you guys going to run a dynasty after this?

Guys, in order for things to stay organized we need to only have 5-6 people or so that are editing rosters. I don't want this file to get passed around to everyone because, as we saw, mistakes are harder to spot until it grows into a larger problem. There's really no need for more than 4-5 people working on this anyway, this will help us stay organized. If you'd like to be an editor and can work on the file consistently please let one of myself, Mr. T, or IkkyFace know. We've already put in a lot of time so we probably have more invested than most. Not saying you guys don't do great work cause most of you did, but for every guy that does honest work there's another that jacks up the ratings for his favorite team. So please, post the things you think need changed and we will get them in ASAP.

Do not change ratings without a legitimate argument!

You will need to run it by the roster editors in this thread before any ratings are adjusted. Let's try and keep this organized and make this roster the best that it can possibly be.

No I'm not on it. I won't mess with anything, I understand where these guys are coming from. I'll try to post the link to the pics of you guys want so you can knock em out.
