you dont download anything. go to first page of topic and click on player and it will take you to teambuilder.com and you have to use a recruited player after you finish your first season and copy the information from team builder

Gotcha, thanks for the tip. Though I gotta say, this seems waay more complicated than it needs to be. The NBA2k method of uploading/downloading draft classes seems to me to be ideal for this kind of thing, hopefully EA will look into revamping this in the future, because it's got the potential to be a really cool feature if you had access to actual prospects.
