Does anyone have any actual Staubach rating attributes? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Take Johnny Manziel and add 3 inches . The dude was unbelievable. Imagine recruiting him into a program today and having them go through the strength and conditioning program. Had all the tools: great runner, strong arm, smart and could read the field.

Yeah, as long as he didn't have to do his military obligation. Can you imagine if Staubach would have went to a regular college, not the Naval Academy & been eligible to play right our of the gate.

Hell, he served in Vietnam, then came back & had to sit on the bench for about four years to knock off the rust, before he could start. He only played 10 years, but about four of those, he wasn't even a starter, because his military service interfered with his football career.

I was born in the 70's. Staubach was my childhood hero.
