Sorry if I'm sounding like the new stupid guy here , It's like this I live in Ireland and the game isn't sold here so I bought it in the PS Store on my US Account because the European PS Store hasn't got the game , Anyway it's working fine but will not let me access online since release day therefore I can't go to roster share and download a file such as Scott's (Appreciate your hard work on behave of myself an the community)

So ye I can't get online what so ever so the only way I could use this file if someone could upload a zip file I can transfer it to my USB an download it , If you can't it's fine but I'd love to able to play the game with the correct rosters.
