As far as I understand.the waivers are gone for immediate eligibility. The only waivers in place that I know of are to add a year onto the players eligibility. Grad transfers are the only ones eligible immediately

Former UAB WR Quincy Perdue transferring to Kansas. Perdue will be immediately eligible due to the whole UAB ordeal and will be a true Sophomore this season.

Perfect timing since WR Rodriguez Coleman just got kicked off.

UGA could you transfer commissioner to me with online dynasty with your most current rosters? I get mine started but when I go to load it freezes. There might not be a way around this issue.
