Try BossHawgMichigan's custom sliders or some of the other sliders available here on Operation Sports for NCAA 14. It makes the gameplay much better and much more realistic in my opinion.

Roster files are roster files. Uniform packs are uniform packs. They are in now way connected. The offline roster file is they same thing as the online roster file. It has nothing to do with anything but the roster.

Honestly, you are too late on the uniform packs. The DLC is linked to the user, so sharing the files does not work. Your best hope is to find Marty McFly or Doc Brown and see if they can be of assistance.
