My I use this roster as a base for my own project?? I plan to keep everything the same, but I will finish Kent State and Bowling Green on my console and then upload it to my locker. Is that okay?

Sorry but it's a no for using it for a project. Feel free to make your own edits for your own personal use however. Please be patient, vkingery23 has said the Kent St. & Bowling Green edits will be coming very soon.

Figured I'd bump this. Do we need to mod to get Coastal Carolina, App St, ect.'s correct uniforms and team info? I suppose I could load in old teambuilders of these teams but figured I'd ask.

For uniforms & logos yes you will need the mod. Team name, background color, and roster will be a part of the roster file.
