i think if you use jukeman's stick with jukeman's, thats who im using and they give me realistic games and stats but i believe same can come from these

These are designed to mirror real life. Jukmans aren't. His are desinged to make teams run more. In his you have teams like Texas Tech and Hawaii with their slider more on the run side than the pass side. In this one since they mirror real life Texas Tech has like an 80/20 pass because that's what they do. For exactly what he did look at the post that I made where I quoted Hookemhorns on it.

Ohh definently, Im not switching, it was more a question of why there was a difference, more curiosity then anything.

Im confused by Hookem's ratios... what do the numbers mean? Like Wisconsin next to them is has 35 what does that mean? Do I put 35 for pass or run?... And how are the other teams set up?

Yes put it to 35. A lower number means more run.

Easily confirmed by looking at Navy's default value of 25. Moving the slider to the left = more run plays.

I'm getting the impression that these are for accurate sim stats rather than accurate in-game gameplay. I'd stick to juke's for in-game.
