Re: Jistic's AA NCAA 11 Sliders

I've just been using default sub sliders. I tried the hb sliders for 2 back setup and it has the same bug as last year where sometimes your starter will just stop coming back in for the rest of the game. With formation subs it isn't a big deal though.

I do find it kind of easy to run the ball. I use Iowa and in my first 2 games 218 yards and 3 TDs on 29 carries vs Iowa State and 175 yards and 4 TDs on 25 carries vs Wisconsin. I beat Iowa State 51-30 and beat Wisconsin 42-7.

Re: Jistic's AA NCAA 11 Sliders

I just had a really good game vs Illinois that I won 27-24. It was looking like a blowout after the first half when I was up 21-10 and moving the ball at will but they're D stepped up and held me to only 2 FGs in the second half. They scored on a 66 yard pass with 33 seconds left to make it 27-24 but could not recover the onside kick. They're run D was also better(not great but better). I ran for 227 and 1 TD on 37 carries.

As I get more used to the game I'm finding HUM offense to be too easy in general. Too many big runs with a 70's OVR RB and too many perfect throws from a 70's OVR scrambling QB.

Re: Jistic's AA NCAA 11 Sliders

maybe it's because I'm not all that good with the stick, but I had a blast with these sliders. Couldn't do anything on the ground consistently...then midway through 3rd quarter my 3 yard runs became 6 and 8 yard runs.

I played 3 games...1 with ND vs WKU (blowout). 1 with FSU vs Purdue (won 38-29 thanks to super simming my defense, which allowed purdue to literally score at will). 1 with ND vs Fresno State (they had 6 plays in first half, 4 td's again...thans to supersim which allows the cpu to literally go 80-90 yards consistently in 1 play).

First game, was me playing around on AA (I'm typically a varsity player)...so I wanted to see what AA is about. It was interesting, and a little easy...but ND should be able to beat WKU handily. I think I finished with about 600 yards of offense...318 on the ground, 305 in the air.

The FSU game was tougher. Couldn't get the run game going in the first half (18 carries for 59 yards). Got the 2nd half kickoff and wanted to pound it. 14 play drive to open the half. 81 yards. 12 carries, 65 yards on the ground. 4th quarter was getting chunks of yards on the ground. finished with 41 carries, 219 yards and 3 td's.

ND vs Fresno was a lot like the FSU game, though i was able to more downfield passing with the Fresno blitzes.

I think I'll tweak Human RBA down 1 click, and increase CPU rush d 1 click, and CPU coverage up to 40.

all in all pretty good set Jistic.

Re: Jistic's AA NCAA 11 Sliders

how do you do anything on 45 threshhold? I have massive issues while at 20...and I still prefer 0.
