How to create a different profile so I can use different slider sets

I'm trying to explore different slider sets. I want to create
different profile names to do this how can I create a different
profile name and different settings for each profile

Unfortunately this year you can't look at your profile stats and compare different slider sets so I really don't see the need to do this anymore.
