Re: iBO247's NCAA 12 Heisman Sliders

South Carolina @ UGA (user)

Total Score: 50-35
First Downs: 18-14
Car/Yds/TD: 35/326/4 - 18/67/3
Comp/Att/Yds/TD: 17/29/217/1 - 18/36/441/2
Penalties/Yards: 2/15 - 7/73
INT/Fumble: 0/2 - 3/1
Sacks/TFL: 9/9 - 8/4
Broken TKL: 13 - 2

Impressions: RB Marcus Lattimore is without doubt one of the best RBs in the game. He's still not 25 for 296 w/2 scores against a competitive rival bad. The SC Oline dominated the run game with ease, and when Lattimore hit my secondary and I had a chance to finally get near him, he made my LBs and safeties look like the Powder Puff squad. I also feel a need to mention that 3 of those broken tackles were by the QB running over my 324 lbs DT. Very nearly cost me a crontroller

I was never able to establish my running game, there just wasn't any push up front. SC's D-line is pretty impressive, but UGA's O-line is a little better statwise, so that bothered me as I've always excelled at running the ball.
Passing wise, everything worked more or less ok. My defense dropped several INTs that definitely should have been caught by someone given the fact that there were 4 of them sitting around vs only one receiver, but that's old news. Accuracy and catching were ok, only had a couple drops on my side, none on theirs. Bastards.

Special Teams were a miss. My kicker (one of the best) bonked a 45 yarder with a perfect kick on my end, and SCs kicker was booting them 5 yds deep on kickoffs while I struggled to put it at 5yd or better. I think the default 50 on the kick powers for both sides are pretty much dead on.

The penalties were ok though I'd like some of them to be distributed to the other team. They had a false start and a holding call where all of mine were holding/clipping calls, I'll leave it like it is and see how it plays out over a few more games.

Conclusions: The run blocking/defense needs work. Pass rush needs to be toned down for CPU (9 sacks? I can't be that bad can I?). I'd set kicking power sliders back to default, accuracy seemed ok. User tackling was pretty atrocious, nobody wanted to wrap up or hold on, whereas CPU put the deathgrip on me. And if somebody could give Lattimore the herp, that'd be great

I've been using these sliders all morning. Pretty good in my opinion. One thing that is bothering me though is the number of facemask calls on the defense. At least 10-15 per game. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, I'm going to tone it down...I am not sure when I'll get to test this version, had something come up after revising it. I'm tweaking a few things then going to try and get a game in so look for V 1.3. I'll test them in about an hour or so. The few games I have had time to play I've had good results from them for the most part, I'm ready to get another full game in to see where I stand

Are you seeing your CBs not the CPUs getting beat on streak routes way too often? Even when they have the greater speed/acc?

Also you have two thresholds listed 10 and 25, which to use?
