Take a look at the manual I found somewhere online. It help me greatly to explain what HFA is, and its relationship with coaching skills. The coaching skills itself have many impacts and effects in the game and here is an explanation of those effects and there levels 1-3. Hopefully understanding this manual will help the community understand how all these other sliders work and effect things. From my own experience tinkering with things, It is my belief that the coaching skills complement HFA with its other artificial boost. Thats why when playing on Heisman it feels so robotic and has cpu having those "Psychic" abilities when defending or making offensive plays. Ive learned a great deal about the game even more. Hopefully we can have a "breakthough" of this game in the future.
