One of two ways that are easy (for 360).

1. Put all of your songs on a flash drive then plug the flash drive into the 360 and upload the songs.

2. Burn the mp3s to a CD then put the CD in the 360 and burn them onto the harddrive.

Also, don't forget if you have an external drive like a Western Digital Passport or such you can put your songs on that and then connect it into the 360.

I'm going to have to buy a new flash drive, my 4 gig I got for $19 2 thanksgiving sale years ago is simply not working anymore.

I do have a western digital passport drive that has all my music files on it but I'm too lazy to get behind the cabinet and unplug it and hook it to the 360 LOL.
