Tversity guys: Streaming with m3u files

For you Tversity guys, does it matter what is coded in your m3u files beyond the simple path name. Like, if my file is Tennessee_Def1.mp3, I can just have Tennessee_Def1.mp3 written in the file and saved as Tennessee_Def1.m3u, correct?

Also, does it matter if it's in Unicode or Latin1? I figure because it's m3u, it should be in Latin1. Just wondering because only some of my clips are coming through the game, while all are playing fine in my Xbox library. TIA!
