I was wondering about the new collections in NCAA Ultimate team. There are a few mistakes in the collections. About 6 cards do not exist on the game, making them impossible to complete

A lot of factors may affect game play so I am really not sure as to why the game is behaving the way you describe it. I recommend posting this observation on the forum and see if there are other players experiencing the same issue. Our developers use forum feedback to check on what else to improve in the game.

Everyone on the forum has the same issue. Its been posted, developers have ignored it so far. There are a few new collections of 50 cards, however, 6 cards don't exist on the game

I can take note of these and forward them on my end but we'd still need to wait for an update as this is something that we can't change right away. Our developers would need to check and investigate the matter first and release a fix if necessary. Please do post it on the forums as well if you haven't so that they know how many are affected by the issue.

How long will this take? I feel like you guys probably can change it right away, considering that the collections are introduced to the game without updates

I'm afraid I'm unable to provide a time-frame on this. The best thing to so is post it on the forums and wait for an update while we also pass this on our end.

It is already posted on the forums. Please have this done as fast as possible. No one can get the collection reward without those cards that aren't in the game, and a lot of people are very frustrated about this

I understand the urgency. I will certainly do everything I can to get this to their attention. One thing is for sure, if a lot of players are affected and there's no other way to progress they will work on this to be resolved soon. Thanks again for letting us know.
