Perhaps this has been mentioned as some point before, but getting the REVO Speed 2 Bar facemask, like the one below. Tons of QBs and WRs in both college FB and the NFL wear them

you don't think any of this has a chance of getting added mid season? sadly, with a kid on the way, this is my last year of true NCAA nerd-dom

fix the spats on the cleats. Bulky shouldn't go 3/4 of the way up the guy's legs unless you put a better in between length that goes up to the ankle, not stoping low like the one in there. And let us use team colors for tape.

When it comes to the arm sleeves, look at what NBA 2k21 did with shortening the arm sleeves so you can add rubberbands.

-A deeper selection of each companies gear (shoes, gloves, socks, sweat bands).
-Mouth guards. Lots of players use the big ones that cover their lips.

-Multi-layered socks.

-User options on the use of thigh/knee pads
-Different options based on weather. I like the half-sleeves as a QB but when it is below a certain temp. it should have an option to wear long sleeves and a glove on the non-throwing hand (maybe 40 degrees).
-More cold weather gear would be good like the head/face covers.

This Facemask also. Similar to the one that LaMichael wears but the robot bars are straight up and down, not angled

They should go into the same direction Madden did regarding player gear and player models. Actually they could improve on it.
