Recruiting glitch

Not sure if this has been covered, but I have had players that have only one scholarship offer (from my team)sign with another team that never offered them.

This happens quite a bit.

My team is maybe 3 or 4 on a guys list, but I am the only one that has offered a scholarship. At the end of week 5, the player ends up "signing" with another team. How does this happen when my team was the only one offering?

I would imagine that the team offered a scholarship after you looked at the player. I believe the CPU does its recruiting after you push the "advance" button and that's when they offered him and when the player signed.

has anyone had a recruit get to 100% ready to commit and not only not commit to you after week 5 but not commit to any team? Its happened to me twice in my 3rd year of my offline dynasty. Its really frustrating.

No--You can go back and check and there is no "check box" done for that school showing they offered.

Are they going to the school who was their number 1?

It sounds like the cpu offered and they accpeted on the spot but this would only apply if it was their #1. (there is no chance of a recruit accpeting on the spot unless you're their #1)

They could just walk on to that school. You don't have to have a scholarship offer...it's just nice to have.
