Priority Number One for NCAA 2010

1. Completely scrap the current OL/DL Interaction engine and build a new one.

2. Completely scrap the current CPU QB AI and build a new one.

Everything else is a distant second.

There should be no excuse for seeing O linemen go into suction blocking and play patty cake for 10-15 seconds or get pancaked.

There should be no excuse for CPU QBs to either throw a completion or a pick, nothing in between. There should be no reason to see a CPU QB throw a perfect strike off his back foot falling away, or doing a complete 360 degree spin, throwing across his body on a rope to a wide receiver.

Not "wide open gameplay".

Not "Create a cheerleader".

Not Having the freaking Sun in its correct rising and setting angle in correlation to the Endzone concession stand.

Period.

End of statement.

Sincerely,

AuburnAlumni

Re: Priority Number One for NCAA 2010

I second that. I'd like to see a more balanced representation of Saturday football. I like the wide open game play as it stands in the context of the overall game. I wanna see my stud teams run it up on crappy schools, but i want the LSU/AUburn game (just for you AA) to be a 10-7 drag out fight.

You can have those high scoring games, but give us a defense that can play and a QB that throws it away, that throws deep and that does NOT throw backwards.

I like the graphics, i like the custom sounds, atmosphere is going the right way, but before we add any more gimmicks, lets refine what we have

I would agree with those. Also CPU playcalling needs an overhaul. Slow qbs should not be running the ball just for one example. Also please improve the late game playcalling for next year. I don't want to see the cpu passing up late and running down late.

I agree 100%. Well, and I want improved DB/WR interaction as well.

IMO, just get rid of CL mode, and maybe start working on a AD mode and add it in in 2011.

The entire game needs to be build around a play editor. The OL/DL interaction and AI being a part of that.

I'd like to nominate cpu play calling as a distant second - encompassing situational awareness for playcalling and individualizing teams.
