Can anyone re-size & touch up this logo so it looks better on the helmet?

Also can you create a logo based off this picture. It's a simple RL. Not the best picture ever, but the only one I could find of the old helmet logo.

Could someone make this logo for me---I only want the text, words metro conference. I don't have a need for the background. I do prefer the text to be two lines, like example on the left. The 2nd picture is another example but I don't like the tan background.

The first one is white, you cant see it.
