Has anyone blocked a punt or a FG? Is a patch needed?

Yeah, I blocked a long field goal in the demo, likely cause the kicker had to angle it pretty low to make the kick. Busted through the middle and jumped; was pretty cool.

I blocked several FGs and EPs the same way. Usually the O-lineman would move over to block the SS/LB trying to rush through and the NT would come free and get the block.

I blocked a punt once in 09 in probably 150-200 hours of playing it. A possible fix might be adding animations for bad snaps, in the time it takes to recover for a bad snap there should be enough time for a fast cb to rush off the edge an block a kick or punt.

ive only blocked a few punts all time in NCAA. Typically its when the cpu is near midfield and i can pick Punt block without them adjusting out of the normal punt to a max protect punt. And also inside the 5 ive blocked a punt or 2 but i rarely can block them.

As for FGs/PATs, ive only ever blocked 1 or 2 total and both were PATs and 1 the cpu blocked it for me. FGs are waaaaay too hard to block considering how much they get blocked in real life. PATs dont typically get blocked, FGs do.

It seems to me that this is the type of thing that if it was "possible" it would be too easy, and therefore become such a pain in the *** that people would stop punting and kicking field goals. Not worth it. If I thought that it could be done realistically - I'd be all for it.

I tackled the holder in the demo if that counts. In 09 I blocked about 11 to 15 punts but every one except one of them, was when my opponent was inside the 10 yard line. last gen was hard to block kicks or punts but I was able to get about 2 or 3 because I had a impact player at dt that destroyed the middle on occasions.

I'm suprised that SPECIAL TEAMS isn't included in the game planning feature. It seems silly that it's not included.
