Looking for a team that is...

Young, needs to rebuild, has an okay running game, but lacks everything else.

I usually do a dynasty with UAB, challenging but fun. Okay running game and definitely needs to rebuild.

My plan, if they ever fix dynasty progression, is either using Duke or Syracuse for this exact scenario.

Syracuse is historically big on RBs (#44) and with the addition of Paulus from the community roster set, you have a good option-enabled QB.

"Syracuse University officially retired one of the most storied numbers ever associated with a college football program — #44 — on Saturday, November 12, 2005. Since 1954, 11 players have worn the number and three earned All-America honors. The three most famous #44s — Jim Brown, Ernie Davis and Floyd Little — certainly rank among the finest running backs to ever play the game"

Duke has a similar setup. Speedy QBs, decent HBs, mediocre WR and TEs, and FAIL everywhere else. Look at Duke's linebackers for a good example. I think I have to run a 3-3-5 with them and shift their small DT (#2 on the depth chart) to the outside. Spurrier got his start here, why can't you?

Syracuse will have you competing to own the entire New York/New England recruiting landscape, and then expanding into Penn and NJ. Duke has all the Carolinas, Virginia, and Georgia to fight with numerous schools over. They also have the Victory Bell game with UNC.

I'm going to rebuild one of them with the flexbone, both could be challenging and fun.

Idaho has Steven Jackson's Nephew, Deonte Jackson, and a pretty deep HB Roster behind him.
