I'd be really excited about this if the linebacker in the picture was breaking down to change direction too. It looks to me like he's running straight up and isn't squared up to be able to change direction quickly.
It doesn't really mean anything though. Maybe the picture was taken just as he (the linebacker) was about to cut. Maybe the locomotion is the same as in NCAA 10. There's no way to tell from this picture. I just can't get excited about momentum and improved locomotion being in this year based on the running back because, as was said earlier, you can do these kinds of cuts in NCAA 10.
I do think we'll be getting much improved locomotion though.
