I said the same thing in the bug thread and people acted like I was crazy. It totally ruins the game for me. What is the purpose of even playing in the rain now?

It's going to look dumb to play w/ Penn State at VTech in the rain and no mud on those pretty white unis. The FRamerate seemed fine in the past games.

It's the new lighting system that could cause frame rate issues. I don't know for sure that it WOULD cause frame rate issues, but that's a lot for a system to handle at once, graphics-wise. It has nothing to do with how it worked in past games.

what exactly does this new lighting system do? WHat makes it different. I would probably prefer mud on the uniforms rather than lighting. I never had an issue wit lighting.

Uh...it changes how the lighting looks, much better than years past.
Sometimes you have to sacrifice one thing for another. I'm not saying it's ok that dirty uni's were left out, but the graphics are leaps and bounds better thanks to the new lighting system.

I don't know how else I can explain this to you. I don't work for EA so I can't tell you the exact reasons for why X feature was left out or why they put feature Y in instead.

I'll leave it at that, because we all want different things in our games. Everyone won't be pleased about what made it into the game. It's just how it goes.
