Does this mean I basically have no shot at a national title game ever with FIU in the D+ conference prestige Sun Belt?

Guess I'll have to play a buncha seasons and hope for an SEC invite.

Your only hope of making the BCS championship game in EA's version of the BCS is if you go undefeated and all schools in higher ranked conferences all have at least one loss.

They do not factor in schedule strength at all.

Completely flawed, lazy programming.

a 12-0 MAC team that doesn't play anybody that is higher than B rating shouldn't be 3rd in the BCS. TCU and Boise this year play in significantly better conferences play a tougher schedule than the default MAC team in the game

In fairness, a team from any non BCS conference would NEVER get into the National Championship game if there were a BCS team with the same record. Those non-AQ schools HAVE to go undefeated and have no other undefeated BCS schools. That's how it seems to be in real life. You can schedule some tough OOC schools, but I don't think it would matter even in RL. You're not going to get past all the BCS bias, which is simulated in the game.

make ur schedule more difficult. like A+ or A. Nothing under. trust me and try playing the good teams in the other top conferences. Then you will get there

Well I'm not really sure.

Ive played for the BCS Champ with Western Kentucky with a schedule of C.

I went undefeated and stomped everyone on my schedule by 40 every game.

I wasn't even paying attention to the ranking and there it was #1 WKU vs #2 Army.

Shocked. And I stomped Army, only cause Option teams suck if they are not named GTech.

Every game that year was a blowout.
