North Texas is cool but you'll probably want to move on from them eventually because their facilities look like those of a high school.

I always like to build up a program like NT really high then get an offer from a struggeling BCS conference school with good tradition then build them into a title contender... But thats just me

I always go with a 3-Star or Lower school and build them up into a National Champion threat and help them win multiple Championship before moving on

Here's some teams I've had fun doing a dynasty with on NCAA 10 and NCAA 11

Army (NCAA 11)
Vanderbilt (NCAA 11) Pro style offense
Stanford (NCAA 10 and 11)
Temple (NCAA 11) Try switching them to a triple option team. It's fun
Colorado State (NCAA 11)
Idaho (NCAA 10) I had switched them to a triple option team as well
Washington State (NCAA 10) Ran a pro style offense with them

Wisconsin is a good one too.. They're only a 4* team (thought they would at least be 5). They have pretty good pitches, nice stadium, basic but classic uni's.

Oklahoma St is rising on my list... Might go download some rosters now and try it out in a few minutes. How many stars are they? I wanna try something with a 3* team so if they're 4* then they may be a no-go for me

What about SMU? Try to build them back to what they used to be, before the death penalty.
