Its a shame that no one even mentioned boise state being at the top when they have played only 3 good teams in all the way back to 2006 which was Oregon (2008, 2009) and Va. Tech (2010). And you cant count the teams they played in bowl games because they basically got to bowl games on D+ grade schedules.

Speaking of this, I previously had no real reason to use Custom Conferences besides a few geographic re-representations but now, I think any school who feels like they are at elite status now but in a weak conference will be realigned into a tougher conference which means Boise will be placed in the PAC-12

I think it's common knowledge that Boise St plays nobody. Think I might make an all Florida conference and start as FIU and work my way up schools to UF/FSU/Miami. Will be fun taking this records and construction challenging/evenly matched teams together and also see what long term records you get when you move around Boise and other high percentage teams into tough competition.

If they're the better conference, why will Utah, BYU, and TCU all be gone (or already are gone) in the near future?

Utah: PAC-10 is better than MWC
TCU: Big (L)East has an AQ bid
BYU: I have no clue.

I feel like if these 3 teams stayed, and Wyoming and New MExico were kicked out, the MWC could be an AQ

Going Back to 04:
Oregon State (Several Times)
SMU
Oklahoma (!)
Utah (Several Times)
Southern Miss (Several Times)
Oregon (Several Times)
TCU (Several Times)
Virginia Tech
Hawaii
Nevada
Fresno St

Not top quality, but some good teams. Plus, what would a team like USC, Florida, or OSU gain from playing Boise St? If they win, it's not a huge gain for them, but if they lose, they take a major knock. Boise has a difficult time scheduling respectable opponents.
