Other than NCAA 11 (due to progression being a giant poop) I actually like it more when my dynasty team is 100% "my" recruits. If they are players I signed I feel more responsible for their success.

And I love the feeling you get when one of the recruits you stole from another school succeeds.

I have more fun without the stock rosters. 5 years into dynasty is when things get good for me.

I make up storylines for my recruits and create a biography for them. Makes the game so much more fun.

Like others, I really enjoy it when its my guys. After about 10 seasons or so is when it starts to get stale for me. When that happens I find joy and excitement again by starting over with a small school......usually Troy.

I'm the exact opposite. I greatly prefer playing with "my guys."

I have to say, building my own team is where the fun is. Recruiting to MY style of play works better for me than playing with the #1 ranked team in the game, so I would have to say after about year 3 is when it starts getting GOOD!

I sort of do...I like knowing people...that is why I usually make a few recruits whose names I recognize...either family, famous movie,video game or music stars or fake sons of famous ball players
