Wild Duck for Oregon is just a basic Wildcat Spread formation, it is listed under the shotgun formations for custom pbs

That really sucks, on one of the early videos they showed a whole wildcat section, I was looking forward to having more than one formation in my playbook. O well...

Wasn't that a madden video? Admittedly I thought exactly the same thing, but then I remembered that it was the madden 12 teaser I was thinking of.

The one thing that is different about the Wild Duck is that the QB still takes the snaps. That can be fixed with formation subs, though.

Re: Wildcat Sets in Custom Playbooks

This sucks. I planned on using Miss. St's pb as my base for their wishbone goal line set, but I also planned on having the wildcat formation with the blast right, blast left, and read option plays in them (which aren't in the normal or spread wildcats).

I guess now I'll have to decide whether I want the wishbone goal line or those 3 particular wildcat plays. Hopefully I can find a pb with both the wishbone GL and the special wildcats.

This is the video I'm talking about. It's at the 3:12 mark that they show the wildcat section in the add/remove formations.
